Alessandro Gruzza is a nature photographer who aims to emotionally inspire and provoke a sense of respect and protection for the environment through images which convey the magnificence of creation.
His approach to photography is an inside-out creative process. First comes the feeling of harmony and togetherness with the environment and only after that sensation can create an image.
He has published his first book “Paths of Light – Photographic journey in the Dolomites” in 2012. He has won the 2nd prize in the National Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year contest 2016 and he has won awards in other national and international photography contests, among which Asferico, Glanzlichter, International Photography Awards.
He leads private and group photo workshops in the Dolomites, where he shares his deep knowledge of the territory and his photographic experience and passion.
